(the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices include VAT.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors or incorrect product information (e.g., description or image), we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Payments are processed securely via Viva Payments (credit/debit cards).
Products are not reserved until payment is completed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within Greece using trusted courier partners.
Delivery time is estimated at 2–5 business days for Athens and 3–7 business days for the rest of Greece.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected.
